What Do You Get When You Switch?
As well as the 10% discount, Balinor will assign a property manager to your development, they will oversee the day-to-day management, any maintenance queries and regular site inspections. This will be your appointed person with any questions you may have.
We undergo regular six-monthly site visits, to ensure your development is looking its best and to ensure the contractors work on your development is being carried out to a satisfactory level.
Regular resident’s meetings will be held so you are able to discuss any important matters with a face-to-face meeting
(these meetings can be held over video link).
Customer Portal
Each Landlord will be given login details to their own customer portal, allowing you to download invoices, view budgets and raise and track any maintenance issues.
To report any maintenance issues, we operate using a system called FixFlo. A link will be provided, this will take you directly to FixFlo where you can report any issues, this will be picked up within 24 hours by your managing agent and dealt with in a timely manner.
